After Hours Support

We recognize that on occasions, technical questions or problems will arise that need to be addressed in a timely manner, even after normal business hours or on weekends. In an effort to address this need, we offer After Hours Technical Support Services.

Our commitment to you does not stop at 5:00 pm and After Hours Technical Support Services will enable you to reach a Codagenx Support Engineer outside of our regular business hours (M-F from 9AM to 5PM).

To request after hour support, just dial 850.942.4369,leave the following information in the emergency mailbox and a Codagenx Support Engineer will call you back promptly.

* Company name
* Callback Phone Number
* Length of time you will be at the callback number
* Brief description of the problem

If a problem can’t be resolved over the phone or via remote access in a timely manner and at your request only, a Network Support Engineer will be sent to your site. The cost for after hours on-site services is additional and you can speak to our sales department for additional details.
